Privacy Policy

Privacy policy for the use of the website

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection explanation. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies:

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called 'session cookies'. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our site. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted. The legal basis for the use of cookies is the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Server log files:

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of any concrete indications of illegal use.

The access logs of the Web servers log which page views took place at which time. They contain the following data: IP, directory protection user, date, time, pages viewed, logs, status code, data volume, referer, user agent, host name viewed.

The IP addresses are stored anonymously. The number of the last octet is deleted and replaced by a 0, i.e. 185.221.105.201 becomes 185.221.105.0. IPv6 addresses are also anonymized. The anonymized IP addresses are kept for 60 days. Details of the directory protection user used are anonymised after one day.

Error logs that log incorrect page views are deleted after seven days. In addition to the error messages, these logs contain the IP address accessing the page and, depending on the error, the web page called up.

Contact form:

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

Newsletter data:

Newsletter2Go is used as newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is forbidden to sell your data and to use it for other purposes than the dispatch of newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider, which was selected after the requirements of the data security basic regulation and the Federal Law for Data Protection. You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, e-mail address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example via the 'unsubscribe' link in the newsletter.

Data protection for applications and in the application process

The data controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits the relevant application documents electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website, to the data controller. If the data controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted shall be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude a contract of employment with the applicant, the application documents shall be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, unless deletion conflicts with any other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, the duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - AGG).

YouTube:

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube page operated by Google. The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection is established to YouTube's servers. The Youtube server will be informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you can allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. For more information about the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

SSL encryption:

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. A encrypted connection can be recognized by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from 'http://' to 'https://' and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Right to correction, deletion or blocking

You have the right to have your data corrected, deleted or blocked. The latter applies if the legal situation does not permit deletion.

Deletion and blocking We undertake to delete the personal data processed for our own purposes as soon as their knowledge is no longer required for the fulfilment of the purpose of storage. Instead of a deletion, a blocking takes place, as far as a deletion is opposed by legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, there is reason to assume that the interests of the person concerned worthy of protection would be impaired by a deletion or that a deletion is not possible or only possible with disproportionately high effort due to the special type of storage. In addition, you can block, correct or delete your data collected by us at any time. A deletion also occurs if you revoke your consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data. If the revocation takes place during an ongoing business transaction, the deletion takes place immediately after its conclusion. Further legal obligations to delete or block data remain unaffected by this. Contradiction advertising mails: We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials. Source: www.e-recht24.de
